This Privacy Policy applies to PopDish’s online website and its mobile and desktop applications (collectively, the “Services”), and other interactions (e.g., customer service inquiries and communications, user conferences, email and other communications, etc.) you may have with us.

PopDish does not intend to collect information from children or anyone under the age of 18 (or 21 in States where that is the age of majority).  If you do not meet these age limits, you should not provide information on the app or our website, and should ask your parent or guardian to do so for you if they desire to do so.

Note to EU/Swiss users: Residents of the European Union or Switzerland who use this app should not expect, and are not intended, to have privacy or data protection available under their local laws.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to any third party applications or software that may integrate with the Services through our platform (“Third Party Services”), or any other third party products, services or businesses, including advertising of and for third parties.  In addition, a separate agreement governs delivery, access and use of the Services (the “Terms of Use”), including any information or pictures you may upload to us through the Services.

If you don’t agree with this Privacy Policy, don’t access or use our app, website, or the Services.
