App Users

PopCred™ is a social currency used to show user’s influence and expertise in the PopDish community. It has no monetary value, but users with high amounts of PopCred may be eligible to receive exclusive benefits and freebies in future versions of the app.

You earn PopCred any time you use the app, and earn larger amounts by completing the following:

Receive a “Helpful” Vote on a Review+25
Receive a “Like” on a Photo+25
Write a Review+50
Upload a Photo+100
Submit a Correction+250
Add a Dish/Menu Item+500

To edit or delete a review:

  1. Open PopDish
  2. Tap the “Profile” icon in the bottom-right
  3. Tap on “My Reviews”
  4. Tap on the review you’d like to edit or delete
  5. Select the appropriate option from the pop-up menu

Currently, there is no way to edit or delete a dish after adding.

If you notice a mistake on a dish or listing, please report it by:

  1. Opening PopDish
  2. Tapping on the dish you want to report
  3. Tapping the three white circles at the top-right of the screen (overlaid onto the dish photo)
  4. Tapping “Improve This Listing”

If you would like the dish removed, please contact our support team.

If you notice a duplicate restaurant or dish, please contact us using the form on this page, or report it via with the following method:

  1. Open PopDish
  2. Tap on the dish you want to report
  3. Tap the three white circles at the top-right of the screen (overlaid onto the dish photo)
  4. Tap “Improve This Listing”

To report an inappropriate review, tap the “Report” button next to that review and fill out the form.

To report an inappropriate listing, image, or other element related to a dish:

  1. Open PopDish
  2. Tapping on the dish you want to report
  3. Tapping the three white circles at the top-right of the screen (overlaid onto the dish photo)
  4. Tapping “Report Offensive Content”

Restaurant Owners

PopDish aims to drive traffic to your location(s) by helping users discover your most popular menu items.

It’s essentially free marketing for restaurants—users see a delicious photo, discover that it’s at your restaurant, and make a trip or place an order.

Nope. PopDish is 100% free for both restaurants and users. At some point in the future, restaurants will have the opportunity to advertise within the app, but that will be entirely optional.

We’ll be happy to help. Please contact our support team and they will take care of all the leg work, ensuring your restaurant and menu items have a stellar presence in the app.
